Every Minute Until 150 Wall Balls are Completed...
Minute 1- 200m Run
Minute 2- 14 Dumbbell Snatch @ 50/35#
Minute 3- Max Wall Balls @ 20/14#
Minute 4- REST
Time Cap: 36 Minutes or 9 Rounds
Goal is to push the pace on the run and the DB- so you have some rest time before going into the Wall Balls
Split up the Wall Balls into manageable sets- don't go to failure!
