1) Tempo Box Squats

6 x 5 @ Same Weight Across w/ 31X1 Tempo (RPE 5-7)

*Tempo = 3sec down, 1sec pause, X-plode up, 1sec pause at top
**Box Height - set height so that in bottom of squat, hip crease is right below the knees

Today's squats are a great opportunity to focus on your posterior chain while squatting, and to work on building strength with time under tension (tempo)!

2) Metcon

AMRAP x 7 Minutes:

7 Power Snatch @ 75/55#
7 T2B

This workout should be light and grippy! Choose a weight on the barbell that will force you to go unbroken every round.
