We’re a coached strength and conditioning gym in North Charleston, SC.
We work primarily with busy adults who want to get stronger, lose weight, and feel better — without gimmicks, shortcuts, or chaos.
Most of our members are between 30 and 55.
They have jobs. Families. Long days. Real responsibilities.
They don’t have time for workouts that don’t work or fitness advice that changes every week.
At CFNC, we focus on:
- Building real, functional strength
- Improving how you move
- Creating consistency you can maintain for years, not months
We use structured programming.
We coach every class.
We track progress that actually matters.
We don’t chase trends or promise miracle results in 6 weeks.

Strength training works when you show up regularly — not perfectly, just consistently. If that’s not realistic for you right now, it won’t work.

If you prefer to do your own thing without guidance, programming, or accountability, a commercial gym is probably a better fit.
